Map Help

Zoom In

Zooming in on the map.

  1. , or
  2. Double click on the map, or
  3. Hold down the Shift key and drag

Zoom Out

Zooming out on the map.

  1. , or
  2. Hold down the Ctrl button and double click on the map, or
  3. Hold down the Shift and Ctrl keys and drag


Reseting the map to its orginal extent.


Measuring the distance between two or more points.

  1. Turn on the measure tool by clicking
  2. Click a point on the map
  3. Move the mouse to another point on the map and click
  4. Repeat as necessary
  5. Turn off the measure tool by double-clicking on the map, or clicking


Panning the map in a given direction.

  1. Click to pan north, or
  2. Click to pan south, or
  3. Click to pan east, or
  4. Click to pan west, or
  5. Drag the map itself

Labels & Layers

Adding labels and layers to the map.

  1. Click   /   or     /
  2. Click on the name of a layer to turn the layer on / off

Aerial View

Adding a satellite view of the map area.

  1. Click   /
  2. If multiple aerial views are available, click on the name of an aerial view to turn the view on / off


Other map functionality.

  1. Right click on the map to obtain information about a point
  2. Click on to print the map. This will open a new window, so you may need to adjust your popup blocker



Getting Started:

To locate a parcel, use the map toolbar to navigate your way around the map. If you have an idea of what you'd like to find, use the search feature; your search results will appear in this pane.

This is the Parcel Information Pane. When you click on a parcel, detailed information about the parcel can be viewed here.
